We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our dedicated solutions sales team. The ideal candidate will be a hunter-type professional with strong field sales experience, excellent consultative selling skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. This role requires a proactive mindset, a focus on delivering results, and the capability to identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT solutions market.
Sales & Business Development
Lead the end-to-end sales process for system integration solutions (own and 3rd party software, services, and infrastructure).
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities, leveraging innovative product portfolios.
Create effective and specific account plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management and CRM accuracy to ensure business predictability.
Client Relationship Management
Establish, nurture, and grow strong customer relationships by identifying and addressing client needs.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning solutions with their business plans and strategies.
Develop upselling and cross-selling opportunities, maximizing customer potential.
Build long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, vendors, and local partners.
Presales & Collaboration
Plan and execute presales and sales activities, including proposals, presentations, cost/benefit analyses, and negotiations.
Collaborate with internal teams (presales, delivery, legal, etc.) to ensure smooth project delivery.
Cooperate with Business Units locally and internationally to foster cross-selling opportunities.
Minimum 5 years of experience in selling custom IT solutions.
Strong knowledge of IT products and technologies.
In-depth understanding of target markets, business environments, and customer needs.
Proven ability to manage accounts and territories (decision makers, organizational structures, competitive landscape).
Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand and align with customer business plans and budgets.
Flexible working hours (start between 8:00-10:00, finish between 16:00-18:00).
