• Coordinating improvement projects in close collaboration with the product owners, the internal IT department and domain experts in an international context 

• Synthesizing design requirements and framework conditions based on UX research 

• Creating information architectures, low- and high-fidelity prototypes, journey maps, service blueprints and business model canvases 

• Business analysis and requirements engineering together with our MD (master data) Hub Team and other digitalization partners are part of the job 

• Leading CIP and initiating digitalization and automation initiatives in the context of Bosch master data management and the S/4 HANA transformation for our GS/MDM2 department 

• Communicating the value created to stakeholders within the Bosch Group 

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in interaction design, information & communication design, software development or a comparable field of study 

• Personality: Well-organized with outstanding analytical and conceptual skills, creative, communicative, customer- and team-oriented, highly motivated to push ideas from sketch note to reality 

• Experience and know-how: 4-5 years of relevant professional experience in both UX and SW Development, proficiency with design tools such as Adobe CS, Figma, MIRO, Confluence) and related technologies 

• Interests: Working in international cross-functional teams, design thinking and/or lean mindset,  

• Languages: High level of English proficiency required, German is an additional asset
