ServiceNow Engineer

You will join our internal ServiceNow team, supporting and continuously improving the platform that enables key business processes across the organization. Our team plays a central role in streamlining workflows, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering stable, scalable solutions for internal stakeholders.

In this role, you will contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications, working closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, and senior engineers while gradually increasing your autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Build and Enhance ServiceNow Capabilities: Develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow functionalities (workflows, business rules, client scripts, integrations);
• Deliver High-Quality Solutions: Deliver high-quality, well-tested code within agreed timelines and estimations;
• Design Scalable Technical Solutions: Analyze requirements and propose scalable technical solutions;
• Drive Platform Optimization: Improve and optimize existing platform configurations and customizations;
• Enable Transparent Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and communicate progress transparently;
• Support Quality Assurance and Documentation: Support testing activities and document implemented solutions;
• Contribute to Team Growth: Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to continuous team improvement.

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and configuration.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer/Workflows.
• Experience implementing integrations using REST and/or SOAP APIs.
• Good understanding of the ServiceNow data model and platform architecture.
• Experience with unit and integration testing practices.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Good communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Previous experience working with the ITSM module and up to date ServiceNow certifications are  a strong advantage.
