Key responsibilities:
Internal and External Stakeholder Management
• Calibration and Consulting: Holding technical calibration discussions with stakeholders to capture stakeholder
requirements and translate them into results;
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for strategic projects, mostly with global players from Banking,
Telecom, Retail, Energy, Cybersecurity, IoT, etc;
• Build and manage internal teams of BA, PM, Architecture, Development, QA, Support, etc;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Qualysoft Group stakeholders, peers from other countries or
departments, up to CxO level;
• Maintain strong relationships with internal departments
• Lead our client engagements, ensuring projects and client engagements are delivered successfully by using agile methodologies through our teams and by supporting our clients;
• Foster continuous improvement and collaboration: Contribute to the collaboration and continuous improvement culture, including seeking to assess and improve processes, tools, and practices to enhance team performance and product quality.
Multi-Project and Resource Management
• Oversee the delivery of multiple concurrent projects (both internals and externals), ensuring optimal resource
allocation and timely execution of deliverables;
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive efficient project execution and resolve interdependencies;
• Refine service delivery processes using metrics, analytics, and feedback to continuously improve performance and Efficiency;
• Support the growth and development of our teams to help them achieve their career goals and grow our business;
Technical Leadership/Guidance & Best Practices
• Provide hands-on guidance in the design and delivery of scalable and secure technical solutions
• Oversee the use of dashboards, monitoring tools, and reporting systems to ensure transparency and
accountability in service delivery;
• Bring deep delivery experience using agile methodologies to deliver solution roadmaps, both establishing and
coaching agile teams and scaling agile delivery across multiple teams;
People Management & Carrer Planning
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performance
culture aligned with business objectives;
• Facilitate regular one-on-one discussions, performance reviews, and feedback sessions to guide professional
development and ensure alignment with individual and organizational goals;
• Develop and implement personalized career development plans, identifying growth opportunities, training needs, and potential career paths;
• Encourage a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and upskilling through mentorship, coaching, and access to training resources;
• Monitor team performance and engagement, using data and feedback to adapt leadership strategies and improve overall team satisfaction and productivity.
Events Participation & Industry Engagement
• Represent the organization at industry conferences, meetups, webinars, and client events to stay updated on
market trends and emerging technologies;
• Actively participate in panels, workshops, and networking events to strengthen industry presence and foster
strategic partnerships;
• Leverage insights gained from events to inform strategic decisions, improve service offerings, and align with
industry best practices.
Requirements:
Technical Expertise
Solid experience in overseeing technical projects, with a strong background in Software Engineering, ideally in
JAVA or C# and overview in Cloud/Data and Test Automation.
• You have minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Leading / Coordination position with a Software Engineering role
and have a technical background with proven hands-on experience of managing projects using agile methodologies and in large scale projects;
• 3+ years’ experience in a client-facing work environment ;
• Experience with project management and technology implementation;
• Have a high level of intellectual curiosity and the ability to constantly learn;
• Excellent analytical, problem diagnosis and creative problem-solving skills with the desire and ability to identify, and help implement changes;
Management Expertise
• Proven experience in managing both projects and people from various tech areas, ensuring operational excellence across accounts;
• You have excellent communication capabilities to provide rapid and concise summaries of complex scenarios and communicate security risk in business terms and the ability to interact effectively with senior internal and
external stakeholders as well as excellent project management and time keeping capabilities Leadership and
Interpersonal Skills;
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams across regions;
• Strong customer-focused mindset, coupled with excellent communication and relationship-building skills;
• Supports the efforts of the project team by clearing obstacles and impediments to achieving successful business outcomes;
• Creates, manages, and updates execution and value roadmaps throughout project lifecycle to regularly measure the benefits gained by the projects;
• On-Site Presence and Travel Requirements;
• Must be located in Bucharest Metropolitan area for weekly internal and external meetings;
• Willingness to travel for customer engagement, quarterly reviews, and team collaboration across distributed
locations –5-10%;
