Talent Sourcer (m/f/d) - Focus on Technical Roles, International Sourcing

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. While this role will have a strong focus on technical roles, it will also involve sourcing for non-technical positions as needed. As part of an IT company, you will play a crucial role in identifying and engaging top talent globally, building a strong talent pipeline, and supporting our international hiring efforts.
This role is limited to a contract for 12 months. We are looking for a candidate based in the Bucharest region for this hybrid role, which offers the flexibility of working primarily from home while providing the opportunity to collaborate in the office as needed.

YOUR MISSION                                            

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements across both technical and non-technical functions.
• Source and identify qualified candidates internationally using various channels (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, forums).
• Conduct initial screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Research and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse global talent.

MUST HAVES

• 1-2 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, ideally in the tech industry.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and ATS systems.
• Familiarity with technical roles and technologies (e.g., software development, cloud engineering, data engineering).
• Experience in international sourcing and engaging candidates across multiple geographies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a focus on results.

NICE TO HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Experience sourcing for hard-to-fill roles in multiple countries.
