Team Lead Software Development Embedded (all genders)

• Lead by example, be an available leader in the team,
• Organize and coordinate a team of embedded software developers,
• Guide the colleagues through the secure software development processes,
• Actively participate in software development as far as the team lead role allows,
• Take care of further development of the team,
• Ticket and release management,
• Task and resource planning,
• Cross-departmental collaboration,
• Conduct feedback meetings,
• Participate in the recruitment process.

• 3+ years of experience as a team lead,
• 3+ years of experience in embedded software development,
• Experience in agile software development,
• Leadership and mentoring experience,
• Strong communication skills,
• Fluency in English (mandatory),
• Hands-on in industrial cybersecurity,
• Experience with Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript and Angular are ideal but not mandatory.
• Ability to delegate and make decisions,
• Empathy,
• Awareness and experience in working with diverse teams,
• Interest in renewable energies.
