Requirements and responsibilities
We are seeking a Report Developer with strong Power BI expertise to design and deliver high-quality dashboards and reporting solutions. This role will focus on supporting compliance, regulatory, and business reporting initiatives by transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights.
What you’ll do
- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and automated reporting solutions.
- Translate compliance and business reporting requirements into actionable, user-friendly deliverables.
- Collaborate with compliance, audit, and business units to identify reporting needs and ensure accuracy.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize existing reports, and adapt solutions to evolving regulatory or business requirements.
- Document report logic, data sources, and workflows in line with governance and audit standards.
- Follow best practices for data visualization, version control, and performance optimization.
What you’ll bring
- Proven experience developing with Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data modeling).
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of ETL/data pipelines.
- Familiarity with compliance or regulated data environments is a strong plus.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High attention to detail to ensure data quality and reporting integrity.
- Experience with version control or collaborative BI environments is a plus.
