Requirement Engineer – Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

 Location: Bolzano, Italy (onsite 2 weeks per month) / Remote/Hybrid the rest of the time

 Languages: German or Italia.n nice to have,  English must

 We are looking for a motivated Requirement Engineer to join our team working on electric vehicle (EV) charging station projects in Bolzano. You will play a key role in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements from stakeholders and translating them into technical specifications for implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements from stakeholders for EV charging station projects.


• Act as a bridge between business teams, technical teams, and external partners.


• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications.


• Support project planning and execution by ensuring requirement alignment.


• Participate in workshops, meetings, and site visits (approx. 2 weeks/month in Bolzano).


• Maintain clear and organized documentation for all project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Requirement Engineer, Business Analyst, or similar role.


• Knowledge of electric vehicle infrastructure or willingness to learn.


• Strong communication skills in  English, German is a plus 


• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.


• Willingness to travel to Bolzano approx. 2 weeks per month.
