Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and medication administration
• Support residents with mobility and physical exercises as required
• Monitor and document residents’ health and well-being, promptly reporting any changes to the care team
• Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance residents' quality of life
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in resident living areas
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
• Participate in training and development to enhance your caregiving skills

• Previous experience in residential care or a similar role is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic approach with a dedication to patient-centered care
• Capability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Willingness to relocate to Ireland and adapt to a new culture
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in care or healthcare support are advantageous
