As an RFP Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire Request for Proposal (RFP) process, ensuring high-quality, timely, and competitive responses. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders across operations, finance, legal, and project management to develop winning proposals and support the company’s growth objectives.

• Proven experience managing RFPs, bids, or proposals in technical, construction, or infrastructure industries
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and meet strict deadlines
• Attention to detail and ability to create high-quality, persuasive content
• Knowledge of proposal software or CRM tools is a plus
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, international environment

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end RFP process, including review, strategy, content creation, and submission
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather technical, financial, and operational inputs
• Develop proposal templates, content libraries, and standard processes to streamline submissions
• Ensure compliance with client requirements, company policies, and industry regulations
• Analyze RFP requirements and identify opportunities to strengthen proposals and win rates
• Maintain a tracking system for RFPs, deadlines, and outcomes to optimize future responses
• Collaborate with senior management to provide insights and recommendations for strategic bids
• Continuously improve the RFP process, tools, and documentation standards
