Romania CFO

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and follow up the country’s financial strategy and goals, aligned with the overall vision and mission of the Group;
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness;
• Monitor and report on the company's financial performance, including revenue, expenses, cash flow, profitability, and key financial metrics;
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions and initiatives;
• Ensure compliance with all financial laws, regulations, and standards, and maintain internal controls and policies;
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration;
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as investors, banks, auditors, and regulators

We are looking for a candidate who has:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field;
• Proven experience as a senior finance leader in a similar industry or organization
• In-depth knowledge of financial planning, analysis, accounting, reporting, and auditing
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, standards, and best practices
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
