• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering accurate, friendly, and professional responses.
• Assist in resolving product-related issues, ensuring customers have the best experience.
• Work as part of a dynamic team to meet and exceed service goals and expectations.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience and service quality.

What Were Looking For:

• Fluency in Romanian (C1/C2)
• Experience in customer service or related fields (preferably in a tech or product environment)
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A problem-solving mindset and a passion for helping others.
• Team-oriented, with the ability to work independently when needed.
• A positive, proactive attitude and an eagerness to learn
