We are looking for a well-organized and proactive person to join our team and provide regional support to the Commercial and Sales Department with various administrative tasks related to POS materials and daily operations.
Centralize feedback from the field team regarding market insights
Edit contracts and invoices
Create vendors in SAP
Print late payment notifications for bad debts
Collect and centralize reports from different stakeholders
Prepare and distribute POS and trade program materials
Manage documents flow with HQ (invoices, contracts, etc.)
Handle communication with provider partners
Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments
University degree or currently enrolled in university
Entry-level experience (previous work in a Commercial area is a plus)
Good MS Office skills
Basic English knowledge
Strong sense of integrity and trust
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Results-oriented and proactive attitude
