Your profile
•1-2 years previous experience in customer service;
•University degree
•SAP knowledge (modules SD, MM and FI);
•Very good English knowledge (speaking and writing) ;
•Medium German knowledge represents an advantage;
•Good Microsoft Office skills;
•Accurate, rigorous and meticulous person with structured work discipline;
•Reliable and process-oriented way of working;
•Planning skills, ability to efficiently organize activity, compliance with deadlines;
•Communication skills and customer-oriented;
•Automotive background is an advantage.
Your responsibilities
•Perform specific back-office sales activities;
•Offers support for specific processes like: order processing, pricing, general costumers discussions;
•Process customer orders in SAP and deliver information to the departments involved;
•Introduce and compare price information received from customers with internal data base and create price overviews;
•Identify price irregularities following defined rules;
•Perform price differences (credit/debit notes)
•Check customer portals for updated information;
•Create invoices in SAP and provide them to customers;
•Create the connection between customer material and our own materials
•Continuous updating and communication with the team leader about current customer requests and open topics.
