The Opportunity
As Sales Development Representative (SDR) you are part of the inside-sales team focusing on generating new business opportunities for the company by accepting leads from marketing and qualifying prospects. You are responsible for managing leads through the sales pipeline by actively reaching out through phone calls and emails in order to generate interest for Worldline products, converting the prospects to qualified opportunities before handing over to the sales or business development team.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails and generating new qualified business opportunities for the company Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals. Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company Set appointments and follow up on leads Understand customer needs and requirements Perform effective online demos to prospects Track progress towards meeting goals and report to Managers Collaborate with the business development team to develop strategies for reaching targets Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments Who Are We Looking For

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position (account acquisition, business development or sales) Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM Strong verbal and written communication, listening and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies Bachelor’s degree in business or related field Fluent in English and French OR English and German OR English and Italian/Spanish
