Sales Engineer Electricians / Home Builders / POS

Mission We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer to help us unlock and maintain commercial value for our Diffuse Business in Cluj Area. What will you do: Maintain current ecosystem of partners and further develop according to market evolution (focused on diffuse market: resellers, electricians, home builders, etc.) Preserve existing data regarding EU’s, Partners & Opportunities Lead the Presales, Service and Workshops in addressing customer and project needs; Align with Technical & Service teams for building the complex technical offers; Develop and implement Commercial terms and conditions framework alignment and agreement; Understanding complex requirements, communicating clients’ needs, and translating solutions into business value; Detect and discuss industry and customer pain points and propose high-value solutions; Follow the customer project process and best in-sales practices for effective account profiling and record-keeping in our customer relationship management system.
