Job Description - Sales Incentive Project Coordinator (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables and develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals and draft and submit Timelines for each payroll process by region and report on progress.
  • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
  • Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
  • Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.
  • Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of direct work experience in a project leading capacity, including all aspects of discovery, process development and execution.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software (., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello). Technically competent with various software programs, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial.
