Your responsibilities include development and execution of key processes such as business planning and reviews, forecasting, target setting, gap analysis and course corrections across cross-functional teams while driving global leverage by deploying EMEA best practices across the region. Support Sales management with the annual planning process, including territory planning, segmentation, goal setting , forecast and pipeline management; Support Sales management in adopting a common set of policies and performance measures to achieve business priorities; Develop and present insights and recommendations to Sales Management and/or Sales Operations management to increase sales productivity and improve operational efficiency across Revenue Operations Teams; Enable Sales Management to adopt and execute company strategy in an effective, scalable and integrated manner; Work across a wide group of stakeholders to ensure timely , high quality and consistent completion of business management activities ;
