Job Description - Sales Representative

Haleon is looking for a dynamic OHC Sales Representative (Maternity cover, 2 years) to join our team in Romania focuson on the Iasi area and help us bring our trusted consumer healthcare products closer to professionals and consumers. 

 

Your Mission 

As an OHC Sales Representative, you will be the face of Haleon in your territory, responsible for: 

  • Promoting Haleon’s OHC products healthcare professionals. 

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and opinion leaders. 

  • Ensuring product visibility and recommendation through expert detailing and promotional activities. 

  • Organizing and participating in professional events such as congresses and symposiums. 

  • Reporting market insights, customer feedback, and campaign effectiveness. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Plan and optimize client visits to maximize efficiency. 

  • Implement marketing and expert strategies aligned with company goals. 

  • Ensure high visibility of Haleon brands through strategic placement of promotional materials. 

  • Use digital tools (iPad, CRM systems) for daily reporting and client management. 

  • Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to continuous improvement. 

 

Qualifications & Skills 

Essential: 

  • University degree in Medical, Pharmacy, Economics, or Business Administration. 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Pharma OTC or Generic sales/detailing. 

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 

  • Ability to analyze data and manage multiple client accounts. 

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. 

  • Valid Category B driving license. 

  • Intermediate level of English (written and spoken). 

 

Preferred: 

  • Experience in direct expert detailing to healthcare professionals. 

  • Presentation and negotiation skills. 

  • High resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
