How you will create an impact 📈:

• Preparing standard and complex offers or framework agreements tailored to client needs

• Monitoring market trends and keeping an eye on the competition

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers

• Advising clients and creating or reviewing service specifications

• Designing technical solutions independently based on customer requirements

• Coordinating with internal departments to compile accurate, complete offer documentation

• Evaluating order costings and identifying areas for improvement

• Leading negotiations directly with customers—both in Germany and abroad—using German, English, or another second language

• Supporting sales process improvement projects and helping to standardize best practices

• Representing the company at trade fairs, training sessions, and events

• Providing on-site and remote customer support, including during inspections or external lab tests

What are we looking for 🔎:

• Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification

• Sales experience is an advantage

• Good written and spoken English, another foreign language is an advantage

• Confident handling of MS Office and SAP knowledge

• Customer orientation, sociability and ability to work in a team

• Communication skills and confident appearance

• Willingness to travel
