Salesforce Architect

Contract type: B2B (PFA / SRL) 

Location: Remote – Romania 

Contract duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension) 

Start date: April 2026

Role Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to join one of our intercompany clients. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring seamless integration across enterprise systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds and integration technologies, contributing to architecture decisions and supporting the delivery of robust, enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce architecture solutions aligned with business and technical requirements

• Lead the architecture and implementation of solutions within Communications Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service Management

• Define integration strategies and implement integrations using MuleSoft and other enterprise integration platforms

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product owners, and business stakeholders

• Ensure system scalability, performance, and security across Salesforce implementations

• Provide architectural guidance and best practices for Salesforce development and integration

• Support solution design for complex enterprise environments and large-scale implementations

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience working as a Salesforce Architect or in a senior Salesforce technical role

• Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Salesforce Communications Cloud

  • Salesforce Service Cloud

  • Salesforce Field Service Management

• Solid experience with MuleSoft integration platform

• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and enterprise system design

• Experience working in complex enterprise environments

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

• Experience within the Telecommunications industry

• Understanding of B2B or wholesale business models

• Salesforce certifications are considered an advantage
