Platforms Center of Excellence (CoE) is a unit of highly professional individuals. Our team is focused on Salesforce practice covering technical pre-sales, architecture planning and design, solution development, and implementation, post-implementation support, solution accelerators, proof of concept, and demo development.
The team consists of over 60 professionals (architects, engineers, consultants, QC engineers) and is consistently growing.
IF YOU ARE
Experienced for at least 7 years of Salesforce development and implementation Possessing at least 3 years of Salesforce Solution Architecture expertise including the design of technical solutions that span multiple platforms and include data and systems integration Demonstrating technical presales background (discoveries, technical workshops, requirements gathering sessions) An expert and in-depth knowledgeable in Lightning, Visualforce, APEX, SOQL, SOSL, API, Custom coding, Process Builder, Triggers, Workflows, Templates, and Web Services Familiar with General Architecture Concepts (integration patterns, and architecture styles, patterns, and tactics) Having a strong understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, Integration, and Community Clouds Capable of communicating in English fluently at regular meetings with clients, providing and suggesting solutions Willing to deal with quickly changing and flexible priorities in multi-tasking and dynamic environments Skilled in Lightning Web Components (would be a plus)

Translate requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation Prepare estimation and proposal documents (Solution vision, Proposal, SoW documents) Develop custom solutions and extensions leveraging the Salesforce platform Manage technical scopes and client expectations Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to engineers Demonstrate technical leadership
