Join a long-term SAP Ariba AMS engagement supporting a global client in a complex procurement environment. You will be part of an international support organization responsible for operational support, incident resolution, service requests, continuous improvement and release activities across multiple SAP Ariba solutions.

We are looking for a SAP Ariba AMS Consultant (L2/L3 Support) to join our team.

What you'll be doing

• Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for SAP Ariba solutions


• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and service requests


• Support SAP Ariba Snap Buying, Strategic Sourcing and Supplier Risk processes


• Perform user administration and role management activities


• Support workflow configuration and troubleshooting


• Participate in quarterly SAP Ariba cloud releases and upgrade activities


• Collaborate with business users, service delivery managers and technical teams


• Contribute to knowledge transfer, documentation and continuous service improvement


• Support transition and onboarding activities

What You'll Bring Along

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification.


• Minimum 3-5 years of SAP experience with SAP Ariba AMS/Application Support


• Knowledge of SAP Ariba Buying, Sourcing or Supplier Management solutions


• Experience in incident management and ticket-driven support environments


• Understanding of procurement and sourcing business processes


• Experience with user and authorization management


• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and German would be nice to have.
