Responsibilities
• Lead advisory and solution design activities within SAP CO streams;
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend optimization opportunities in SAP S/4HANA;
• Support implementation and transformation projects across controlling areas;
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define scalable and efficient controlling processes;
• Drive workshops, process discussions, and functional solution alignment;
• Provide expertise in costing models and financial controlling best practices;
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP S/4HANA capabilities;
• Work closely with cross-functional SAP teams during implementation phases.
Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience as SAP CO Consultant;
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects;
• Deep understanding of SAP CO business processes, especially: o Production Controlling (CO-PC) o Material Ledger / Actual Costing o Project System (PS) o Cost Center Accounting o Profit Center Accounting
• Strong expertise in costing models within SAP S/4HANA;
• Ability to advise clients on process simplification and optimization;
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; • Strong organizational skills and adaptability in dynamic project environments;
• Professional proficiency in English.
Nice to have
• Experience working in both SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments;
• German language skills;
• Previous experience in the automotive industry.
