• Maintain Master Data in SAP S/4HANA and Informatica MDM 360, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
• Support periodic and ad hoc activities (year-end cost loads, data extractions).
• Monitor and analyze Data Quality KPIs, proactively addressing anomalies.
• Identify and propose process improvements, contributing to the design, testing, and implementation of new features and enhancements.
• Deliver end-user training and provide ongoing support to ensure correct data usage and process adoption.
• Maintain and update documentation

• Over 3 years’ experience
• Hands-on experience in the key SAP S/4 functionalities regarding Master Data Maintenance activities for Customer, Supplier, Material and related objects, ideally in pharma environment
• Experience in MDM Hub solutions (e.g., MDG, Informatica MDM, etc.), as a consultant or as a Key User/End User/Data Steward
• Advanced knowledge in Excel and Word
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Self-organized and autonomous, structured thinking
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication
• Good English communication skills
• Team player, able to share knowledge and support colleagues
