Senior Agile Delivery Lead

If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\nCombine two main responsibilities: budget management with hands\u2011on delivery ownership across cross\u2011functional Digital teams.\n\n \nBudget management\n\n * Responsible for Digital team budget management (budget planning, monitoring \u0026 execution)\n\n\n\n \nEnd2end delivery of cross teams\u0027 initiatives\n\n * Own end\u2011to\u2011end delivery scope and ensure that cross\u2011functional deliverables are delivered on time, within agreed constraints, and at the expected level of quality.\n * Monitor delivery progress and constraints (scope, timeline, dependencies, costs), proactively addressing adjustments needed to ensure successful end\u2011to\u2011end delivery.\n * Ensure transparent delivery of reporting and facilitate regular reviews with senior stakeholders on progress, risks, dependencies and outcomes.\n * Partner closely with Product, Engineering, UX and business stakeholders to align expectations and ensure a smooth end\u2011to\u2011end delivery flow across team\n * Co-ordinate evaluation/feasibility for managed delivery scope, sponsoring it to the approval board.\n * Actively manage dependencies and alignment across cross\u2011functional teams, ensuring shared understanding of delivery status, priorities and next steps.\n * Ensure quality outcomes by working closely with delivery teams to continuously inspect and adapt ways of working.\n * Proactively identify and manage risks, issues and impediments that impact end\u2011to\u2011end delivery outcomes.\n * Enable effective collaboration across stable, cross\u2011functional teams and supporting functions to achieve delivery outcomes.\n * Collaborate with relevant leads to ensure teams have the capabilities and support needed to deliver, escalating capacity constraints when required.\n\n\n\n## Who you are\n\n * Strategy: the ability to plan long-term objectives, strategic thinking.\n * Strong communication and decision-making skills.\n * 3-5+ years experience in leading IT Projects or relevant service delivery management experience (infrastructure-related areas is a plus).\n * Experience leading end\u2011to\u2011end delivery in a cross\u2011functional Digital environment.\n * Strong understanding of Agile delivery beyond team level (dependencies, flow, coordination).\n * Comfortable working across Product, Engineering, UX, Ops and Business stakeholders.\n * Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and fast\u2011changing environments.\n * Projects: measurement and control skills, planning, project management.\n * Coordination skills of teams under indirect subordination, possibly located in different countries.\n * Provide advice to team members; Motivates the team; Evaluates and appreciates the work of the team.\n * Able to set priorities, problem-solving orientation, negotiation skills, following deadlines, following rules and procedures.\n\n\n\n## Must have:\n\n * University degree;\n * Experience in project management and/or Scrum;\n * Agile delivery knowledge;\n * Knowledge of ITIL Service Management practices;\n * Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, eazyBI) experience \u2013 admin knowledge is a plus;\n * Agile certifications, eg Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP); SAFe certifications are a plus;\n * Any project management certification, Project Management professional (PMI-PMP) is a plus;\n * Fluency in English\n\n\n\n## What\u0027s in it for you\n\n * Hybrid work setup\n * Medical subscription\n * Meal tickets\n * Insurance for hospitalization and surgical interventions\n * Life insurance\n * Insurance modules and additional medical packages for you and your family\n * Special discounts for Vodafone employees\n * Demo phone subscription\n * Special offers Friends \u0026 Family\n * Telephone voucher \n \nVodafone encourages the personal success and desire to evolve of each of its employees, continuously offering them opportunities for professional development.
