We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI Character and Video Creator to join our pioneering team. This is a unique opportunity for an expert in ComfyUI and LoRA to make a significant impact on the future of digital human creation and AI-driven narrative.

About the Role:

As our Senior AI Character & Video Creator, you will be a key architect of the visual soul of our AI companions. You will be responsible for creating stunningly realistic and emotionally resonant characters and the narrative videos that showcase their personalities. You will leverage your deep expertise in ComfyUI to build, modify, and optimize complex workflows for both hyper-realistic image and video generation. Your mastery of LoRA training will be crucial in developing bespoke models that capture the subtle nuances of human expression and identity to align with our vision for next-generation companionship.

Important Note on Content:

This role is dynamic and serves a wide range of markets. Responsibilities will include the creation of characters and content for both mainstream audiences and mature, adult/NSFW applications. Candidates must be comfortable, willing, and legally able (18+ or local age of majority) to work on adult-themed and explicit material with professionalism and creative integrity

Key Responsibilities:

● ComfyUI Workflow Mastery: Design, build, and maintain sophisticated ComfyUI workflows for generating high-fidelity character images and expressive video sequences suitable for both SFW and NSFW contexts.

● Character Creation & Refinement: Generate a diverse range of character concepts and final assets, ensuring consistency, photorealism, and the ability to convey a wide range of emotions and scenarios.

● LoRA Training & Implementation (Image & Video): Own the end-to-end process of LoRA training for both still images and video. This includes curating and preparing highly specific datasets for a variety of character types and themes.

● AI Video Production: Utilize your expertise in AI video generation to create compelling, character-driven video content that demonstrates personality and establishes an emotional connection with the viewer, across all intended markets.

● Research & Development: Stay at the absolute cutting edge of AI image and video generation technologies. Continuously research and experiment with new models, tools, and techniques to elevate the realism and emotional fidelity of our AI companions.

● Collaboration & Mentorship: Work closely with our creative and technical teams to translate abstract concepts of personality and companionship into tangible, visual AI workflows. As a senior member of the team, you will be expected to share your knowledge and mentor other artists.

Required Skills and Expertise:

● Expert-level proficiency in ComfyUI: A portfolio that demonstrates mastery in building, modifying, and troubleshooting complex node-based workflows for both image and video generation.

● Extensive LoRA Training Experience: Proven ability to train high-quality, specialized LoRA models for both character images and video.

● AI Video Generation: A strong portfolio of AI-generated video work, showcasing your ability to create coherent, emotionally resonant, and visually impressive character-focused sequences.

● Aesthetic Sensibility: A keen eye for composition, lighting, human anatomy, and micro-expressions in the context of AI image generation.

● Professional Maturity: Ability to handle sensitive and adult-themed projects with discretion and focus.

● Problem-Solving & Innovation: A proactive and experimental mindset with a passion for solving the unique creative and technical challenges in generating believable AI companions.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience with other generative AI tools and platforms (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, RunwayML).

● Knowledge of traditional 2D or 3D art pipelines, character design, and animation principles.

● Basic scripting skills (e.g., Python) for automating tasks and creating custom tools.
