Senior Back End Developer

Technical Ownership: Design and develop high-performance, low-latency backend services using modern Java (21/25). Architectural Influence: Contribute to solution design, proposing modern patterns and tools to optimize time-to-market. Leadership: Act as a technical mentor for junior and mid-level developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collective responsibility. Innovation: Build and maintain internal libraries and boilerplates that define our team's technical standards. Your Tech Stack & Expertise: Java Mastery: 5+ years of experience, with a deep dive into Java 17/21 and the Spring Ecosystem (Boot, Cloud, Security, Data). Modern Patterns: Solid understanding of Reactive Programming (WebFlux), Microservices, and Event-Driven Architectures. Data & Messaging: Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka (Streams, Schema Registry) and a mix of SQL/NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis). Cloud & DevOps: Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and modern CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Helm). Quality Mindset: Strong advocate for Clean Code, SOLID principles, and system observability. Knowledge / working experience with TMF framework can be an advantage Not a perfect fit?
