Senior Back End Python Developer

Main responsabilities Become an essential part of AI Shared Services team focused on building comprehensive backend solutions and strategies aligned with business objectives Design, develop, and maintain Python-based backend services using FastAPI and Django Create and optimize APIs for data-intensive applications Implement efficient database models and queries with PostgreSQL Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project needs and communicate technical concepts Integrate data from various internal and external sources.  Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data solutions. Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes Write clean, production ready, well-documented and tested code Desired profile Bachelor or Master of Science in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar technical fields   5+ years of professional experience in backend development with Python Fluent in English Strong proficiency with FastAPI and/or Django web frameworks Excellent knowledge of RESTful API design principles Solid experience with PostgreSQL or other relational database systems Understanding of data modeling, query optimization, and database performance tuning Familiarity with version control systems (Git) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience working in cross-functional teams Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders  Nice to have Experience with agile work (Scrum, Kanban)  Working knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and related deployment tools (helm, jenkins) Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, MicroStrategy)
