Requirements and responsibilities

We are currently looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join this dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent coding skills with Java, experience with Spring and Hibernate, and great problem solving skills.

What you'll do:

• Develop, test, maintain and improve our high-quality standard services;
• To meet the requirements and to be successful we are constantly working on increasing the level of automation;
• Perform code review and make sure that our code quality complies with the highest; 
• Technical lead for some parts of the projects;
• Making architecture decisions for future developments;
• Creating software concepts for projects;
• Contribute proactively to the success of our software solutions;
• Use effective communication skills to align with the team internally, or to collaborate with cross-functional teams, to achieve the desired objectives.
  

What you'll bring: 

• +5 years of relevant working experience;
• Excellent coding skills with Java;
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing technology (Kubernetes - Openshift, Azure or AWS);
  
• Strong knowledge of all aspects of software development (coding, testing, CI/CD, operational);
• Experience with Linux;
• Experience with Spring and Hibernate;
• Experience with Python is a plus;
• Have a passion for co-creating software solutions together with our customers and user and fast customer feedback;
• Ability to drive projects forward and strong problem solving skill;
• Contribute proactively to the success of our software solutions
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken;
• Team-oriented with excellent communication abilities.
