Senior Commercial Analyst

Purpose of the role

In this role, the candidate is responsible for providing detailed analysis related operational performance, maintain a strong collaboration with Sales department, offering recomandations to improve operational KPIs. The candidate will actively participate in performance-related changes, ensuring timely delivery aligned with business needs.
Key responsibilities include preparing operational budget for all sales channels, providing monthly explanations for budget deviations, participate in implementation new business initiatives.

Here’s what you will do:

• Is an independent partner for local stakeholders, helping them understand operational performance. Provides appropriate analytical support to support business decision-making that influences top performance.
• Identifies trends and risks that may affect business performance, thus contributing to the short and long term planning process.
• Supports the Senior Commercial Finance Manager in delivering essential analysis and insights on deviations from budget.
• Collaborates with the Senior Commercial Finance Manager to align operational plans with the market and regional strategy Europe, ensuring there is a correlation between them.
• Works with the teams in the European Hub to use common solutions that support local business needs.
• Contributes to identifying the essential success criteria (processes, activities, promotions, compensation schemes, etc.) that can lead to the achievement of company objectives. Communicates these criteria to stakeholders in a clear and effective manner to generate positive changes in performance.

The Ideal Candidate

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint
  
• Advanced English and a degree in finance, economics, or management
• Strategy creation and delivery, especially in sales
• Change management tools and techniques
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Business performance analysis in commercial finance
