What you will do Engineer Netcool Fault Management systems and complex solutions across European markets in alignment with business needs and strategic direction. Define product specifications and manage the product roadmap. Lead proof-of-concept designs and assess their impact on business requirements. Analyse internal customer needs and manage vendor interactions. Contribute to the development of the domain strategy and delivery roadmap. Manage project deliveries with budgets up to €5 million. Collaborate closely with Design Authorities to ensure compliance with design guidelines. Excellent knowledge of OSS systems, especially IBM Netcool. Strong communication skills for effective team and stakeholder interaction. Proven ability to work in multinational, cross-functional teams. Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum.
