What We’re Looking For:

• Strong proficiency in backend development.




• At least 5 years of proven experience with PHP.




• At least 3 years of proven experience with Laravel.




• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with frontend technologies such as JavaScript or Vue.js.




• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and data management using MySQL.




• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipeline and Agile workflows.




• Proficiency in English.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Take full ownership in designing and developing new features - using Laravel and PHP to build powerful integrations and deliver seamless functionality.




• Improve the performance and stability of the application, ensuring a smooth experience for thousands of daily users.




• Learn and follow OutSmart’s coding standards and best practices to deliver consistent, maintainable code.




• Review code from peers, offering constructive feedback to maintain quality and share knowledge within the team.




• Mentor junior developers by sharing expertise, offering guidance, and supporting their technical growth.
