We are EATON!\n\n## What you\u2019ll do:\n\n * The primary function is to manage the product line business, with full portfolio ownership \u0026 financial responsibility (sales \u0026 margin) for the geographic region.\n * Developing and executing strategic direction for the Product Line in assigned region/countries\n * Tactically measure and manage the monthly performance of the business according to plan and forecast \n * Manage the complete product lifecycle, from product development to obsolescence and aftermarket in conjunction with the team \n * Works closely together with Global Product Management, Engineering \u0026 Sales / Customers to define priorities \u0026 specifications for NPD.\n * Defines target price and cost as well as required marketing tools.\n * Liaise \u0026 leverage the commercial teams to drive order intake and revenue generation through the different channels to market (EWS \u0026 VAR)\n * Support engineering with defining product architecture definition \u0026 NPD execution\n * Seeking out and collating VOC feedback and using this to drive strategic focus areas for business growth\n * In conjunction with Digital Engineering team, define, develop and deliver the digital strategy\n * Develop commercial relaitionships with regional CSO leaders, lead business reviews and manage portfolio PP monthly per zone\n * Leverage \u0026 build customer relationships with sales and key accounts in regions\n\n\n\n## Qualifications:\n\n * Bachelors Degree; electrical or mechanical engineering preferred\n * 10+ years exp in Fire market (Technical \u0026 or commercial)\n\n\n\n## Skills:\n\n * Relevant engineering, product management and/or business management experience \n * Experience in developing product roadmaps, positioning strategy, price management, value proposition development, and product launches\n * Highly motivated and proven ability to operate in a matrix environment leveraging appropriate resources\n * Able to work on own Initiative and self-manage \n * Must be an excellent team player\n * Well planned and organised\n * First class presentation \u0026 interpersonal skills\n\n\n\n## What we offer:\n\n * Competitive compensation and benefits package\n * Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team\n * We make your aspirations matter \u2013 Eaton encourages internal promotion, whenever possible\n * We make your growth matter - We invest in our employees for the long term \u2013 not just with salary and benefits, but with ongoing learning and development opportunities made available through Eaton University\n * We make your contributions matter - reliability, safety, efficiency, and sustainability are at the core of our dedication to improving people\u2019s lives and the environment through power management technologies\n * We make your wellbeing matter \u2013 We put your health and safety first.
