If you want to grow your career whilst finding the perfect balance between work and life, Vodafone offers the opportunities to help you belong and make a real impact.\n\n## What you\u2019ll do\n\n * Facilitate the Scrum framework with respect to ceremonies, artifacts, and roles.\n * Ensure the team follows Agile and Scrum values and practices, by coaching the Scrum team on Agile values, principles, and practices.\n * Ensure the Scrum team\u2019s goals are understood by every member.\n * Lead the team in creating value, by closely collaborating with the Product Owner and the Scrum team; Help the PO manage the backlog and guide the team with respect to priorities and scope.\n * Collect and analyse Agile metrics, with a focus on improvement. Identify ways to increase effectiveness.\n * Maintain clear and consistent channels of communication with managers, teams, and stakeholders.\n\n\n\n## Who you are\n\n * Desire to engage in continuous learning.\n * Passion for Digital and software development.\n * Experience serving teams working remote; hands-on attitude regarding problem solving and impediments removal.\n * Demonstrated communication and collaboration skills. \n * Bachelor\u2019s degree\n * Experience in project management and/or Scrum\n * Agile delivery knowledge\n * Atlassian suite (JIRA, Confluence, eazyBI) experience preferred.\n * Scrum certifications are a plus, eg Certified ScrumMaster, Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM-I) \n * Kanban and/or ScrumBan experience is a plus.\n * B2 Upper intermediate English skills\n\n\n\n## Not a perfect fit?\n\nWorried that you don\u2019t meet all the desired criteria exactly?
