Senior Tech Lead & Cybersecurity

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Tech Lead & Cybersecurity professional to oversee cybersecurity, software systems, IT infrastructure, and technical operations. The role combines hands-on technical work with technical leadership and coordination of internal and external development teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity monitoring, vulnerability management, security testing, incident investigation, and remediation activities in line with OWASP, BMM, and ISMS requirements.


• Monitor and maintain security systems, dashboards, alerts, servers, and network security controls.


• Provide technical guidance to development teams and support the integration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of proprietary and partner gaming systems.


• Develop Python automation scripts and improve system performance, reliability, and operational workflows.


• Coordinate software testing, releases, updates, and issue resolution with external development teams.


• Perform root cause analysis and identify technical risks, system bottlenecks, and potential points of failure.


• Maintain technical documentation, source code repositories, release records, and change management documentation.


• Provide technical support for IT infrastructure, software, hardware, and telecommunications systems.


• Work closely with the Network Engineer and other technical stakeholders to ensure system stability, security, and availability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.


• Previous experience in cybersecurity, software development, IT infrastructure, or a technical leadership role.


• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity, network security, and secure software development.


• Good knowledge of Python and automation.


• Experience with software development teams, source code repositories, and troubleshooting.


• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Strong communication and coordination skills.


• Advanced English.


• High level of integrity and confidentiality.


• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
