Performs project management activities for various network platforms with impact that encompass one or many network domains (Mobile & Fixed Access, Voice & Data Core, Service Platforms, Transmission & IP Transport, NW OSS or NW Cloud Engineering). This role is highly adaptable, capable of seamlessly transitioning between various programs and projects across multiple network domains and VOIS customer portfolios, based on evolving business priorities. It is positioned to take ownership of the most complex and high-impact projects within the team's portfolio. The role significantly contributes to the team's project management service portfolio (P*Q) and serves as a role model in expanding the scope of PM managed services offered to VOIS customers. All activities are delivered in alignment with the NSE end-to-end delivery framework for programs and projects. This role requires technical background and experience in telecommunications, system integration, strong stakeholders' management and excellent communication and reporting skills to different management layers With these activities you will have a great impact on our business You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of programs and large-scale, complex projects within the PM services team portfolio (P*Q), having responsibilities span from conducting feasibility studies and coordinating design and development phases, to overseeing testing, managing acceptance processes, and ensuring a smooth transition to operations. You will act as a role model within the team by consistently upholding high-quality standards (QoS) for project management deliverables, in alignment with the NSE end-to-end delivery framework and the business priorities defined by VOIS customers. You will establishes program and project governance in alignment with the Market Delivery Manager (MDM) and other NSE stakeholders. You will defines and regularly updates project plans, ensuring alignment and integration within broader program governance when applicable You will proactively manages risks and issues by implementing mitigation actions agreed upon with relevant stakeholders. You will handles escalations and drives prioritization of resources (experts in the project, budget) in collaboration with MDMs and NSE stakeholders. You will ensures clear, customer-focused communication with all stakeholders and project team members, for all PM services delivered. You will act as a key advocate for the adoption and growth of ‘PM managed services” delivered to VOIS customers. Play an active role in the broader DMaaS PM community by driving continuous improvements, sharing best practices, and engaging in knowledge transfer with fellow PMs to increase the overall productivity of DMaaS team. You have good knowledge of the overall network architecture (all domains) 5+ years' experience of process & project management in telecommunications (networks domain) Stakeholder management Ability to work within virtual teams, across different organizations and countries Strong service and customer-oriented abilities Analytical thinking and fast decision maker Learning agility Fluent English and very good written and spoken skills Good understanding of the network engineering projects and platforms' lifecycle: design, development, testing Sounds like the perfect job?
