Job Description - Service Delivery Support

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Head of Enabling Services and the Service Delivery Support Team Lead to challenge onshore functions to ensure optimal use of Bucharest-based Service Delivery Support processes, systems and capabilities.
• Service Delivery, namely:internal and external system data entry and administration (e.g. 3rd party suppleir contract database)ad-hoc, ‘on demand’ and project-based analysis, research, insight provision, logistical and other support for our client’s sales, business development, support procurement, sourcing and category management teams and executives. Examples include supplier background checking/profiling, procurement market research, internal and external documentation preparation and revision, e.g. client proposals and process manuals specialist reprographics (presentation) support
• Ensuring functional KPIs, SLAs, OLAs and other performance objectives are met
