Summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow DevOps Engineer to manage, develop, and optimize our ServiceNow platform. This role combines development and operations, ensuring smooth delivery, performance, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications, portals, and workflows

• Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise tools and build automation/CI-CD pipelines

• Provide 2nd-level support and resolve incidents/requests

• Monitor platform health, performance, and service levels

• Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions

• Apply patches, upgrades, and security updates

• Ensure compliance and support audits

Skills & Experience

• Strong experience in ServiceNow development and administration

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST, and GraphQL

• Hands-on knowledge of ITSM, HRSD, and CSM modules

• Familiarity with ITIL practices and agile environments (Scrum/Kanban)

• Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science/IT (or equivalent)

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) required; additional certs a plus

• 2+ years relevant experience

Languages

• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
