Showroom Sales Supervisor (Used cars)

We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Showroom Sales Supervisor to join our Sales Team in Bucharest. In this position, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and growing company revenue. You will supervise and coordinate the Sales Team in order to meet and exceed sales quotas.

Your Key Responsibilities will be to:

• Drive a positive customer experience by building relationships, exhibiting empathy, and providing solutions to their needs
• Resolve complex customer issues or escalations as needed while proactively equipping line-level associates with tools on addressing customer concerns
• Apply extensive sales experience, knowledge, and expertise to act as the subject matter expert, closing deals that require extended knowledge
• Provide leadership to the sales staff including training, setting clear expectations, giving direction, mentoring, and providing development of department sales personnel
• Direct involvement in the recruitment process of new joiners
• Track daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
• Be responsible for the cars inventory in the showroom (presentation, cleanness, readiness for drive-tests etc.)
• Meet all sales quotas and goals

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years previous experience in a team management role
• Experience in the used cars industry
• Experience in retail sales, with demonstrated sales results
• Focused on exceptional customer service
• Very good verbal and written English communication skills
• Persuasive and goal-oriented
• In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market
• Ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
• Highly competent in multitasking, prioritizing and managing time efficiently
