About the Role: 

We are looking for focused and reliable individuals to join our Live Casino team as Card Shufflers. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and handling playing cards for live casino games, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and smooth table operations. This is a vital behind-the-scenes position that supports the overall efficiency and integrity of the live gaming experience. 

Key Responsabilities: 

• Accurately shuffle and prepare card decks according to casino procedures and game rules 

• Ensure all decks are complete, clean, and properly rotated between game rounds 

• Handle cards with care and maintain
  high standards of hygiene and organization 

• Work closely with dealers, pit bosses, and shift managers to ensure a seamless workflow 

• Follow strict protocols to maintain fairness and avoid game disruption 

• Report any irregularities or damaged cards immediately 

• Assist with basic studio maintenance and workstation cleanliness 

• Always maintain a professional demeanor in the live studio environment 
  

Requirements: 

• No prior experience – full training will be provided 

• Attention to detail and manual dexterity 

• Ability to focus and maintain consistency during repetitive tasks 

• Strong sense of responsibility and integrity 

• Punctual and able to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment 

• Good English 

• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
