Requirements

- Previous experience in a casino or gaming environment is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience handling cards or operating shuffling machines is a plus.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to understand problems and propose correct solutions.

Responsibilities / Accomplishments

Card Shuffling:
- Shuffle card decks using manual or automated shuffling machines according to company guidelines and gaming regulations.
- Ensure that all shuffled decks are randomized and free from any patterns or potential bias.
- Replace card decks sets as needed during live games and prepare new decks for upcoming shifts.

Card Inspection:
- Conduct thorough inspections of all card decks to ensure there are no defects, markings, or damages that could compromise the integrity of the game.
- Report any irregularities or damaged cards to the supervisor for immediate action.

Inventory Management:
- Keep an accurate inventory of all card decks and ensure that the studio has an adequate supply of ready-to-use cards at all times.
- Safeguard the storage and handling of all card decks to prevent tampering or damage.

Collaboration with Dealers:
- Work closely with online casino dealers and game supervisors to ensure that shuffled decks are delivered promptly for live games.
- Communicate any issues or delays with the supervisory team to maintain a smooth game flow.

Compliance & Regulations:
- Follow all internal and external regulations regarding the handling, shuffling, and preparation of card decks.
- Ensure compliance with responsible gaming practices and uphold the highest standards of fairness.

Studio Operations Support:
- Assist in general studio operations as needed, including supporting game preparation and equipment management.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment in the shuffling area.
