Software Packaging Engineer

Responsibilities
•Working with Admin Studio products, VB script/PS script in order to create packages based on Windows Installer technology and silent installations based on original setup.
•Basic knowledge of tasks related to Windows Application Packaging.
•Provide Level 2nd/3rd support for packaging and Image related issues.

•Self-motivated, quick learner, assimilates knowledge of new technologies
•Good knowledge of Flexera Admin Studio (Install Shield/Repackager/Tuner)
•Good knowledge of MS AppV Sequencer
•Working knowledge of Configuration Manager and Application Model
•Good knowledge of MSI and creating Custom Actions
•English: Fluent
•Supported OS for packaging
1.Windows 7 (32Bit, 64Bit)
2.Windows 10 64bit (SAC and LTSC)
3.Windows 11 64bit (SAC and LTSC)
4.Windows Server (64bit) with Citrix
•Good understanding of VB Script, Power Shell, HTA, XML
•Minimum working knowledge of SCCM with the ability to stage and deploy packages.

•Knowledge of Application Virtualization in AppV
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is an advantage

Nice to have
•Experience with ticketing systems like BMC Remedy/ServiceNow
•Experience with Jira/Confluence & MS Office
•Experience with VMWare vSphere OR Experience with Citrix XenCenter
•German: Fluent
