This role is pivotal in driving our sales efforts, managing the entire sales cycle, and ensuring we meet our revenue targets and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the IT Solutions and Services industry, particularly in cybersecurity and infrastructure solutions. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships, are essential for this role. What you’ll do :
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads and opportunities.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and close.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Marketing, Product, Legal, and Delivery, to develop and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management in the company's CRM system.
  • About you :
  • Proven experience as a Solutions Sales Manager or in a similar role in the IT Solutions and Services industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of IT solutions and services such as Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Data Management, and Digital Transformation.
  • Experience in managing complex sales cycles and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
