Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for a motivated Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team at VOIS, supporting recruitment across Romania, Hungary, and Albania. In this role, you'll play a key part in identifying and engaging potential candidates using various sourcing channels. You'll collaborate closely with our TA Business Partners to ensure a smooth and effective hiring process across the Eastern Europe region. With these activities you will have a great impact on our business: Collaborate with TA Business Partners to understand hiring needs and source qualified candidates across Romania, Hungary, and Albania. Use various sourcing tools and channels to identify, engage, and screen potential candidates for open roles. Ensure accurate job documentation and maintain alignment with internal standards before launching sourcing efforts. Build and manage candidate pipelines for current and future roles, supporting diversity and hiring targets. Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System and provide timely updates and feedback to candidates. Contribute to talent acquisition projects and continuously improve sourcing strategies by staying updated on market trends Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in sourcing or recruitment. Hands-on experience with ATS and sourcing platforms. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated team player who can also work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with Boolean search logic and a variety of sourcing techniques. Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
