ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Sourcing Specialist to support procurement initiatives and drive value across the supply chain. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, strengthen supplier partnerships, and contribute to strategic sourcing efforts in a dynamic international environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Research and identify suitable suppliers based on business needs and evaluate their capabilities, reliability, and strategic fit

• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and service agreements while supporting contract creation and management

• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify risks and opportunities and provide actionable sourcing insights

• Collaborate with the Procurement Team to implement sourcing strategies, cost-saving initiatives, supplier diversification, and sustainability efforts

• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent and reliable supply, addressing performance issues when needed

• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations, maintaining accurate records and preparing sourcing performance reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing or procurement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

• Strong negotiation and analytical skills with the ability to assess supplier capabilities and market trends

• Proficiency in procurement tools and systems

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions

• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Familiarity with industry standards and procurement best practices.
