Your tasks

• Performs basic tasks assigned in the area of accounting and simple finance processes, according to internal procedures and regulations, in an effective and efficient manner


• Performs accurate and timely the allocated activities.


• Works on clearly instructed assignments with guidance.


• Contributes with ideas and suggestions to improve personal efficiency / effectiveness.


• Dedicated to the continuous improvement of own technical abilities and to assimilate new information from more senior colleagues in area of activity.


• Ensures compliance with internal controls with regards to finance&accounting processes in the area of activity.


• Provides information requested by the team lead/manager promptly, keeps data up to date and similar activities for the use by others.


• Prepares input for decision making by others.


• Implements measures to improve the standardization and optimisations of finance & accounting processes.


• Communicates promptly and proactively to the superior any identified error/issue in relation to his/her activity.


• Smooth integration in the day to day activities of the department/s where allocated.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance and/or Business.


• Relevant professional experience : 0 - 1 years in finance & accounting/Business.


• Fluent in English (speaking and writing)


• Other language skills Spanish, French, Italian any Easten European languages is an advantage


• Good understanding of key functional areas related to customer support processes.


• Basic customer service knowledge.


• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different type of requests.


• Good customer service experience in managing maritime/ export process (logistics, including booking, documentation, and customs clearance processes) is considered an advantage.


• Good knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office.
