Key Responsibilities of the function Processing of training orders including final clarification of customer concern in training processes; if required, general advice to customers on training process, training data maintenance and quality assurance, advice to customers on training processes and regulations. \u2022 Promptly and conclusively handling training orders in standard processes, in Hungarian language in accordance with the guidelines, with high accuracy and within defined timelines \u2022 Documents and processes requests in HR management systems used (PEGA, LMS \u2013 HR Suite, Percipio and other relevant tools) \u2022 Prepares and maintains standard documents, and other HR-related documents in accordance with system requirements \u2022 Clarifying customer inquiries in the assigned subject area with system support, communicating with customers via standardized and approved channels \u2022 Monitors and tracks deadlines, supports data quality checks relevant for training management process \u2022 Ensures order completion and compliance with the deadlines, including data checking \u2022 Prepares and processes training requests and HR related documents \u2022 Resolves process disruptions, initiating and tracking escalations measures \u2022 Provides clear, professional, and empathetic communication aligned with service standards \u2022 Handles service quality complaints, tracks issues, and escalates according to defined escalation paths \u2022 Identifies process deviations or difficulties, process improvements and provide solutions and follows the escalation procedure to supervisor \u2022 Proposes and documents updates to work instructions where required. \u2022 Cooperates closely with other HR teams and interfaces \u2022 Reports on IT incidents and contributes to root cause analysis and solution implementation \u2022 Assists other teams based on operational needs \u2022 Be involved in HR Projects and actively participates in the continuous optimization, harmonization and standardization of HR processes Experience and Skills required \u2022 Bachelor\u2019s degree completed or in progress \u2022 HR-related background is considered an advantage \u2022 Familiarity with HR information systems (e.g. HR Suite, ticketing tools) is a plus \u2022 Good working knowledge of MS Office applications \u2022 Greek: fluent (spoken and written) \u2022 English: conversational level is an advantage \u2022 Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills \u2022 Experience in customer interaction (phone, written, or face-to-face) is a plus \u2022 Active listening skills and ability to communicate clearly and professionally \u2022 High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy \u2022 Ability to work mostly independently within defined processes \u2022 Team player with a proactive mindset and willingness to learn \u2022 Demonstrates empathy and professionalism in all customer interactions
