Senior Channel Sales Representative SECURITY

We have an opportunity for a  Senior Channel Sales Representative SECURITY  to join us at  Honeywell  in Bucharest , RO . The key challenge of the role is to drive double digit profitable organic growth of Security in CEE region by creating market pull effect, ensuring effective launch of NPI’s and driving new initiatives, eg. digitalization and cyber security.  This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Representative

  • Use your extensive subject matter expertise to influence customers towards Honeywell solutions
  • You will provide develop partner channel network in given territories (Romania, Bulgaria) and support their growth with Honeywell Security products
  • You will foster cross-functional alignment to customer needs.
  • You will participate in pursuit strategy planning, and customer negotiations
  • You may consult prospective users on product capability.
  • You may provide input for product development
  • Help Honeywell to win customers by sharing your knowledge about products and solutions that compete on the market
  • Use your deep understanding of Honeywell value proposition to influence customer choice in a smart way
  • Engage in customer facing activities
  • Analyze growth opportunities
  • Analyze product development needs
  • Coach on targeted value proposition
  • Present technical sales briefing to customers
  • Work together with your colleagues from other GBE’s to promote and win cross Honeywell offering
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree - Technical Studies
  • 3+ years of experience with security products in buildings (intrusion, access control, CCTV)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and foster customer relationship and close deals
  • In-depth knowledge of Honeywell and competitor platforms, products, and technologies
  • Experience in technical writing and preparation of proposals
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with industry regulatory requirements and future mandates
  • Ability to achieve results in a matrixed-team environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively across language and barriers
  • Very good English (spoken and written), native Romanian language
  • Willingness to travel extensively
