Sr. Risk Services Coordinator

Location: Remote

What you will do every day:

• Monitor internal communication channels to research and assign to other team members


• Train and enable products within FMS


• Facilitate, assign, and process terminations within the CRM and FMS


• Research, create, and assign incoming ESS TPP leads to appropriate team members


• Evaluate and diagnose performance based on metrics set by leadership


• Track and interpret performance reports


• Problem solves delays to product launch
  

What you will need to bring to the table:

• Administrative skill set - report creation, comprehension and distribution


• Ability to learn and master CRM. CRM Reporting, Google Workspace, and proficient in Excel


• Skilled in time management


• Possesses self-discipline


• Multi-tasker


• Superior written and verbal communication skills across various platforms
